Gale King is on the Executive Board.

Gale King serves as Senior Vice President, Property & Casualty Human Resources for Nationwide, one of the largest diversified insurance companies in the world.  She was elected to this position in 2003.   In this role, Gale is responsible for delivering strategic human resources services that support the P&C business strategy.  These services support 22,000 associates throughout the United States and include staffing, compensation, performance management, development, leadership development, talent management and change management. 

Gale began her  insurance career as a claims representative  and later served in various roles in both field and corporate operations to include,  regional personnel manager, Employee Relations, Human Resources manager, Human Resources director,  administrative officer - Office of the President and VP-Nationwide Insurance-human resources.

She is active in the community and currently serves on the boards of the Columbus Urban League, Adventures for Wish Kids and Franklin County Children's Services.  She is also a member of two national organizations, the Executive Leadership Council and Insurance Conference Group.  

Gale graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's degree in public administration.

Advisory Services

Michele is a Senior Manager in Advisory Services with Ernst & Young LLP.  In the position, she leads the IT audit engagements for Cincinnati and Dayton.  She is also the leader of the Ohio Valley Data Analytics service line.  Michele is also the Ethnicity Leader for the Cincinnati and Dayton offices, a network that supports diverse professionals by providing opportunities in the areas of leadership, professional development, mentoring and networking. 

In October 2008, Michele was honored as an Athena Awards Finalist.  She is a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class of XXXI and a member of the 2007 Forty under 40 class.  Her community involvement includes board memberships at YWCA, Playhouse in the Park, Cincinnati Works, and CET PBS. She is the Greater Southern Ohio President of the National Association of Black Accountants and President of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Black MBAs. 

Michele received a Bachelors of Industrial Management and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Akron.  In 2005, she was awarded a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in human resources from The Ohio State University.
